Risk and return, financial institutions, efficient markets, valuation, capital budgeting, portfolio theory, cost of capital, and international finance. An online version, FINA 3000E, is also offered.
Estimating free cash flow for a project is where most capital budgeting points are lost. We build it step by step.
Diversification and portfolio risk arrive after the corporate finance chapters and feel like a different course. We connect them.
In FINA 3000E, nobody sees you get stuck. A live session fills in what a recorded lecture can't.
Send me what you're stuck on: a problem set, slides, your last midterm, a practice exam, last week's quiz.
You walk me through a problem out loud. It usually takes a few minutes to hear where the reasoning goes sideways. We fix that piece and rebuild from there, so you know why each step works.
The real test: a fresh problem with new numbers and different wording, the way a midterm would ask it, and you solve it yourself. I don't complete assignments or hand over answers. You leave able to do the work.

Yes. We practice reading statements until the ratios actually tell you something.
Tutoring on concepts and practice problems is generally fine, but policies on graded work vary by course. I don't complete graded assignments. Check your syllabus's collaboration policy, and if you're unsure, ask your professor.
Tell me your course and what isn’t clicking. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help.
