Bring your slides, problem sets, and your last midterm. We work from your actual course.
Time value of money and capital budgeting, risk and return, market efficiency, capital structure, and dividend policy.
The core framework for financial decisions. FNCE 6210 is the half-credit version that covers the first part of the same material.
Knowing the NPV rule is easy. Building the right cash flows, with taxes, depreciation, and working capital, is where points go.
Diversification, beta, and the CAPM arrive fast and feed straight into cost of capital. We make sure you can use them, not only define them.
Modigliani-Miller and the tax shield feel abstract until you work a few examples by hand. We do that until the logic is obvious.
Send me what you're stuck on: a problem set, slides, your last midterm, a practice exam, last week's quiz.
You walk me through a problem out loud. It usually takes a few minutes to hear where the reasoning goes sideways. We fix that piece and rebuild from there, so you know why each step works.
The real test: a fresh problem with new numbers and different wording, the way a midterm would ask it, and you solve it yourself. I don't complete assignments or hand over answers. You leave able to do the work.

Yes. A few sessions on time value of money and basic valuation make the first weeks much easier.
Yes. We review the core material and work practice problems so you walk in confident.
Tutoring on concepts and practice problems is generally fine, but policies on graded work vary by course. I don't complete graded assignments. Check your syllabus's collaboration policy, and if you're unsure, ask your professor.
Tell me your course and what isn’t clicking. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help.
