Bring your slides, problem sets, and your last midterm. We work from your actual course.
Time value of money, portfolio selection, the CAPM, equity valuation, arbitrage pricing, fixed income, and derivatives.
The follow-on course that takes those valuation tools into a company's investment and financing decisions.
Asset valuation within modern portfolio theory: present value, option value, diversification, and arbitrage.
Mean-variance math and efficient portfolios arrive early and set up everything after. We make sure the intuition is there before the algebra.
Yields, term structure, and duration are where many Foundations students first fall behind.
Option pricing by arbitrage feels like a trick until you see why it has to work. We walk through it until it does.
Send me what you're stuck on: a problem set, slides, your last midterm, a practice exam, last week's quiz.
You walk me through a problem out loud. It usually takes a few minutes to hear where the reasoning goes sideways. We fix that piece and rebuild from there, so you know why each step works.
The real test: a fresh problem with new numbers and different wording, the way a midterm would ask it, and you solve it yourself. I don't complete assignments or hand over answers. You leave able to do the work.

Yes, with the concepts behind them and with setting up the spreadsheet. The work you submit is yours.
Yes. We can work on COR1-GB 2311, core corporate finance, or finance electives.
Tutoring on concepts and practice problems is generally fine, but policies on graded work vary by course. I don't complete graded assignments. Check your syllabus's collaboration policy, and if you're unsure, ask your professor.
Tell me your course and what isn’t clicking. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help.
