ECON 2306, ACCT 2302, MATH 1315 (or permission of the instructor), and 30 credit hours come first.

I could not find a published calculator policy for the course, so check your syllabus. Some finance courses require a financial calculator and others allow only a scientific one, and we practice on the model you will bring.
